How do I become a wholesale customer?
Registering for a wholesale account with Stitchery Barn is easy.

Complete and submit our wholesale application form.

Email a valid provincial Business Licence or state issued Resale Licence/Certificate to: clientservices@stitcherybarn.com

Three trade references are required. (financial or utility companies or institutions are not accepted)

Your application will be reviewed and a Stitchery Barn representative will contact you within 2-3 business days.
What documents do I need to become a wholesale customer?
You will need to provide a valid provincial Business Licence or state issued Resale Licence/Certificate to certify that you are a registered business in the needlework or sewing industry purchasing our wholesale product for resale.
How soon will my wholesale account be approved?
Your application will be reviewed and a Stitchery Barn representative will contact you within 2-3 business days upon account verification.
What is the minimum order?
Opening orders are $30.00 CAD mimimum. No mimimum for re-orders.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept most major credit cards and PayPal.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship within Canada and to the United States. Please contact us for international inquiries.
How soon will my order be fulfilled?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with order details and tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped. Most orders are shipped within 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after your order has been placed.

Prices
All prices are in Canadian CAD funds. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Purchase Minimum
Minimum order quantities vary per item. Please see individual products descriptions.
Opening orders are $30.00 CAD mimimum. No mimimum for re-orders.
Payment
Payment in full is required prior to order processing and shipment. Most major credit cards and PayPal is accepted.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped via our preferred carrier.
Deliveries
All orders shipped to the US arrive Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). We are not responsible for carrier delays and interruptions beyond our control.
Returns
Approval is required prior to returning goods. No credit will be issued for items returned without a designated RA number. Returns maybe subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Stitchery Barn reserves the right to refuse wholesale account or any order placed at discretion without notice or approval.
